Our seasoned roast beef is mixed with sandwich veggies and blended with classic mayo and spicy brown mustard for a delicious and flavorful wrap!
MANY BEANS SALAD

This protein-packed salad offers bright, fresh flavors on the trail!  A four bean medley is mixed with green beans, sweet bell peppers, fire-roasted corn & more — all tossed in a sweet tangy dressing!
CURRY MANGO CHICKEN SALAD

Curry-spiced chicken and sweet mango is what sets this chicken salad apart. Add in green peas, zante currants, parmesan cheese and a creamy mayo dressing for a perfect just-add-water lunch!
PIZZA MARGHERITA

Mmmm..Pizza! Close your eyes and this blend of sundried tomatoes, creamy mozzarella shreds, sweet basil and extra virgin olive oil will transport you to Italy for a slice of margherita pizza!
KICKIN’ CHICKEN HOT WINGS WRAP

This salad offers a little of everything — bright fresh flavors from black beans, corn, tomatoes and chopped cilantro; tossed in a tangy vinaigrette; all topped with crunchy tortilla chips and spicy Cholula Hot Sauce!

Although this tasty burrito can be rehydrated with cool water, the Packit team did wish the beans were a little warmer. Our solution? Placing your Cook-in-Bag in nature’s oven (the sun) for 10 minutes — it’s perfection!

Our Happy Hour Bean Dip, Pico de Gallo and Moonshine Margaritas are like three (cold prep) peas in a pod! This dish can also be wrapped up in a tortilla for delicious black bean burrito!

Although this dish isn’t a stand alone entree, this bright & fresh tomato-based salsa packs a serious flavor punch! Either top your scrambled eggs or Trailside Burrito with a scoop or dive straight in with tortilla chips for a refreshing snack!

We blend classic NY-style cheesecake with bright, full-flavored strawberries AND top it with a gingersnap pecan crumble for a delish trailside dessert!
MOM’S BANANA PUDDIN’

This classic Southern dessert is chock full of real bananas enveloped in rich, creamy vanilla custard, sweet vanilla cake croutons and toasted unsweetened coconut!
BOSTON CREME PARFAIT
13 oz water | 10 minutes
Our version of a traditional Boston Creme Pie layers vanilla custard, sweet vanilla cake croutons and warm chocolate fudge — all topped off with toasted coconut for a decadent dessert!
MEYER LEMON CHEESECAKE
